Characterizing the Transient and Aggregate Response of Dispatchable Condenser Air Pre-Coolers

This report describes a laboratory and field evaluation of an evaporative condenser air precooler, or “pre-cooler,” to improve the efficiency of packaged air-conditioning and heating RTUs.
