Per Ordering Paragraph (OP) 59 of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) Demand Response Decision (D.) 12-04-045, the electric utilities are required to provide semi-annual reports regarding the status of their projects. Prior to D.12-04-045, semi-annual reports were submitted annually consistent with OP 14 of CPUC D.09-08-027. These reports summarize each project, the potential benefits of the technology or technique, the activities undertaken as part of the project, and provide any available data and results. The utilities provide these reports to the CPUC by March 31 and September 30 of each year.
